Video - Weighing and magnetizing machinery for screws
In order to manage heavy loads of screws, nails, bolts and other hardware or fastener items Imanpack offers lift and tip devices for containers that can be easily integrated in our weighing and packing lines.
In this machinery the hopper is filled by a lift and tip device for metal containers weighing up to 1000 kg. The weigher MCWS0 accurately doses the screws in the desired quantity to fill the carton boxes carried by the underlying belt. As the boxes are filled, screws are magnetized. In the end a shacker settles the screws inside the box.
