Video - Packaging line for plumbing fittings kits
Packaging systems with counting modules and vertical wrapper are perfect for kits of a different type. This line is designed for kits of plumbing fittings to be wrapped in polyethylene bags. Each module CMF5 drops a piece into a bucket of the bucket conveyor. Each bucket will be filled with a complete kit that will be wrapped by the Microvert PRO machine. Bags transit on a belt checkweigher to verify their weight: complying ones are collected in the carton boxes carried by the conveyor system, while non-complying ones are discarded.
