Video - Micropack PRO Confectionery products packaging
We recently built a fast and versatile flow wrapper for one of our customers in the bakers' confections industry, to be used for different kind of products.
Food products packaging binds machines manufacturers with rules on food safety and hygiene requiring to build machines with specific features.
In this Micropack PRO any part in contact with the product is in AISI 304 stainless stell and the product pushers are made of food grade plastic.
Just a few adjustments are required for the changeover between two different products, such as small "panettone" and fruit cakes.
Products are carryed toward the packaging machine by an intermittent conveyor placed at 90° with respect to the machine's infeed conveyor.
A clichè type printer stamps the polypropylene film before the products are wrapped. The machine works with two rotary sealing jaws.
On our YouTube channel you will find more videos about packaging machines for food products and, of course, for many other kind of products.
