Video - MCWS7 for screws
Imanpack's weighers and piece counters can compose integrated systems with packaging machines or lines with carton forming and closing machines, or even, as in this case, lines for KLT plastic containers.
This line for screws and bolts includes a weigher MCWS7, fed by a vibrating hopper, used to fill KLT boxes carried by roller conveyors. A first conveyor carries empty boxes and a pneumatic pusher moves them under the weigher's outlet. The weigher has one vibrating chute for roughing and one for finishing. Doses are released in the box and their accuracy is verified by the checkweigher at the end of the conveyor. The display shows how many pieces are in the box and, eventually, the correction to be made by the operator.
