Video - Dosing machine MCWS7 for metal parts
System with weigher/piece counter MCWS7 to dose various metal parts in KLT plastic containers and different carton boxes. The product is dosed in two steps, first the predose by weighing and then the finishing by counting the pieces to be collected in the underlying box. Filled boxes are carried downstream by some motorized roller conveyors. An adhesive label can be applied on the carton boxes while they are in the infeed conveyor.
