For products requiring a double bag it is possible to link two packaging machine so that the bags produced by the first are wrapped by the second, toghether with one or more other items. In this way product are not mixed and the smallest pieces do not disperse.
In this line the vertical packaging machine Microvert PRO wraps the screws counted by the counting module CMF5 that are going to be wrapped with the cable cover plates. Screws bags are carried by two belt conveyors to reach the flow-wrapper Micropac VRP3 and meet the cover plates. Screws and cover plates are wrapped in polyethylene bags.
