Video - Aerospace hardware packaging
Hardware is not just screws, nuts and bolts, but also special components requiring tailor-made packaging systems. These aerospace internally threated fasteners need precise counting and air extraction when wrapped in bags. Moreover, it is necessary not to damage these items in any way.
This system includes a vertical packaging machine Microvert PRO 300 and a counter/scale MCWS9. A hopper is linked to the weigher by means of a belt. The weigher makes different doses to setup the content of a single bag. Air is exctracted from any bag before it is sealed and a label is applied. The using of an inclined machine instead of a vertical one allows the products not to be damaged when the bag is falling fromt the sealing jaws.
