Packing and palletizing line
There are several ways to pack an object, even the simplest, and Imanpack is ready to satisfy any need. This large machinery is designed to pack screws in carton boxes, compose bundles, palletize them and wrap the pallet.
The packing line includes five machines and is coupled with a palletizing line with a robot, roller conveyors and stretch wrapper.
The process begins with the carton forming machine MTRF2000, that picks flat cartons up, forms boxes and secures them by means of hot-melt glue. In the meantime, two weighers MCWS1 dose the amount of screws to be packed and fill the boxes. Filled boxes go through the box sealing machine MC2000 that closes the two side flaps and glues the top flap. A conveyor belt makes multiple boxes gather into the bundler machine, that arranges two rows of four boxes each and wraps them in shrink film. The shrink tunnel makes the film adhere to seal the bundle, that now is ready to be palletized. The robot picks bundles and composes the pallet according to the pattern; in the last step the pallet wrapper wraps it in stretch film.
