Packaging system for switches
Complete system for switches packaging. The product is first wrapped in single polyethylene bags, thus inserted in groups of five into carton boxes. Boxes are obtained from flat die-cuts, filled and checked befere being closed with hot-melt glue. Then the operator picks them up and inserts them in cartons that will be sealed with tape. The process involves the scanning of the QR code on the product and the barcode in the film and the labels applied on the boxes.

TRF2000 Box forming machine;
Bags counting and box filling and checking device;
C2000 Box closing machine;
Labeller;
Carton taping machine;
