Packaging for handles and knobs kits
Counting modules CMF5 are suited for fastener and plastic and metal components in various size and shape. For spherical items like knobs we can use a special version of our CMS10 module with cylindrical basket instead of that with helical track and with an inclined track where the pieces can roll on instead of the conveyor belt.
In this system for handles, handwheels and knobs there are two counting modules CMF5 and a special CMS10. Selected pieces are dropped into the bucket conveyor feeding the Microvert machine that wraps them in polyethylene bags. Additional pieces can be added by the operator through the loading table upon the packaging machine. Bags weight is verified by the belt checkweigher that, if necessary, rejects the non-complying ones.
