Lift and tipper with weigher for fastener
Steady supply of high amount of products required by heat treatment systems can be meet by using a loading system for containers to feed the dosing line.
Our lift-and-tipper can easily handle such loading for this and other kind of process. The container is loaded into a specially sized housing that, when lifted, slides along guides allowing its tipping, thus letting the product to come out. Then the product flows from the hopper throught the vibrating chutes of the weigher with a dosing basket filling with the desired amount of product the containers to be sent at the downstream process.
