Integrated automated packaging solution with pick place robot for door locks components
Imanpack presents a highly automated packaging line designed for the door lock industry, combining mechanical precision and robotic efficiency to optimize both speed and product quality.
At the heart of the system is the MCTN2000 intermittent motion cartoning machine, which inserts one product per carton and closes the interlocking flaps, ensuring perfect alignment and a secure, clean finish. This process minimizes waste and guarantees consistency in every cycle.
Downstream, the AV100 cartesian robot takes over the secondary packaging phase. Equipped with vacuum suction cups, it lifts three carton boxes at a time and accurately places them inside a larger carton containing 15 pieces. This automated pick & place operation significantly increases throughput while reducing manual handling and production time.
Finally, a taping machine seals the top of the carton with adhesive tape, preparing the boxes for palletizing or shipment.
