From Counting to final packaging - fastener kit automation by Imanpack
In industrial manufacturing, assembling and packaging fastener kits requires a combination of speed, precision, and process reliability. At the core of the system is the CMF5 counting unit, equipped with four independent modules that accurately select and count each component of the kit. Products are fed through vibrating bowls, separated on belt conveyors, and counted באמצעות high-precision photocells. This ensures consistent accuracy even with mixed or complex kit compositions.
Once completed, each kit is transferred via a bucket conveyor to the Microvert PRO 200, a vertical packaging machine specifically designed for polyethylene film. The system produces strong, consistent seals while maintaining high production efficiency.
To guarantee quality, a belt checkweigher verifies the weight of every package. Any non-compliant pack is automatically rejected, ensuring that only correctly assembled kits reach the final stage.
