Double counting and packaging line for furniture fastener kits
Chain bags are suitable to neatly wrap components of furniture fastener kits. Larger kits can also be wrapped in double chain bags, with two parallel rows of pockets.
This machinery includes 20 counting modules
CMF5 arranged in two lines with bucket conveyor. Each bucket stores the amount of pieces selected by one counting module, that will be wrapped in a pocket of the polyethylene bag made by the special packaging machine
Microvert M700. The following
Checkweigher verifies the correct weight of the bags and, if necessary, rejects the non-complying ones.
