Dosing and packaging line for nuts
In our systems we can couple different devices to collect the product and integrate in the same system the packaging in carton boxes and the collection in KLT.
KLT enter the line stacked and are separated when passing through the denester device before reaching the filling station. Carton boxes are formed by the TRF2000 forming machine starting from flat die cuts. Doses are prepared by the Counter/Scale MCWS3 Twin and once the boxes are filled they reach the closing station where all open flaps are lowered and hot-melt glue is applied to seal the top.
This system is suitable for nuts from M5 to M52.
