The packaging line is composed by:

MTRF2000 servomotor-driven box forming machine, suitable for carton and polyethylene boxes in different sizes, with hot-melt glue applicators.

A special feeding and counting system for electrodes, feed, align, count and collect a precise amount of product.

Intermittent box closing machine, with product level and weight check stations and related reject devices, pneumatic flap folding and closure with hot-melt glue.

Moonlight LTS - Servomotor-driven flow-wrapper, equipped with film printer and air extractor pump.

Wrap Around, the cardboard wrapping and sealing machine makes multipack by wrapping the box around the product. Available with pneumatic or servomotor-driven flap folders. Hot-melt glue closing.

Palletizing robot with a custom-made picking head to properly fit any kind of product and able to serve several lines at the same time.
