• PLC controlled management of data related to the table, product length, minimum distance between products, number of product per pack, number of pieces per batch.
• DC motor controlled by a microprocessor.
• Rotating external crown with 50 mm wide product support surface.
• Conical disc to provide uniform product feed on the external crown. The rotation of the disc is synchronised with that of the crown and protected by a clutch device against mechanical jamming caused by the product.
• Adjustable external wall to obtain one single file of products when they reach the rotating table discharge area.
• Sensor to control the product level on the table, adjustable to obtain a consistent flow of products from the feeder hopper.
• Conveyor belt accelerator at the table discharge point to separate the products and arrange them correctly for the counter unit.
