Plastic container denester

Accessory designed to denest reusable plastic KLT, GefBox, AIAG type containers, and convey them individually to the packaging machine.

• Feeder belt or roller conveyor carrying stacks of four or five containers.
• Sides with pneumatic cylinders enabled by a photocell to block the incoming stacks on the feeder belt when the denester is busy.
• Possibility to adjust the sides according to the sizes of the KLT, GefBox or AIAG containers.
• Mechanical gripper arms to lift the containers.
• Discharge conveyor belt.
• Pneumatically controlled machine.
• Safety devices.
• Machine built according to CE Standards.

Software for the management and control of packaging machines

The CAESAR software is designed to be integrated with the Imanpack packaging machines. It provides management and control over the entire line via Personal Computer, with both fixed or mobile devices (tablet or smartphone).
